In this pilot episode, Abby and her friends Gus, Buddy Rex, Ash, Zoe, Shh-aron the Snake, and Dee join together for a Playdate. While in quarantine, they reach out to their friend Alejandro realizing that even though they are far away they can still say "hello." This episode features short "a" and focuses on ways to say "hello."

Written and directed by Abigail St. John, Playdate is intended for Pre-K and Kindergarten age children and introduces letters and rudimentary SEL skills. The pilot was produced during the COVID-19 quarantine in April/May of 2020. All the puppet friends were created by Abigail using materials available on hand.
