The first real winter storm is hitting northwestern WI tonight. This storm is causing a few problems on the streets in the city of Rice Lake. With a couple of near miss car accidents. The storm is bring very heavy wet snowfall with it. This heavy wet snow is starting to weigh down the pine trees branches.
