Ingredients
Roasted peanuts 2 1/2 cups
Salt 1/4 tsp
Honey 2 tsp
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp

Method
Peanut butter
In a food processor, add 1/2 cup of peanuts and pulse it until it breaks into small pieces. Keep this aside
To the same food processor, add the remaining peanuts and pulse it
After pulsing it for a couple of times, grind the peanuts on high speed
Add salt, honey and continue to grind it
You can vegetable oil if you need a more creamy texture (this step is optional)
Once the peanuts form a creamy texture, add the peanut pieces that we made before
Pulse it a couple of times to incorporate the peanut pieces evenly
Transfer the peanut butter into a glass jar, your tasty chunky peanut butter is ready

Peanut butter jelly sandwich
Take 2 slices of bread, apply peanut butter on one slice and jelly/jam on the other side
Close the bread to form a sandwich
Peanut butter jelly sandwich is ready to be served
