"It's Still Billy Joel to Me", a parody of "It's Still Rock and Roll To Me" by Billy Joel, was a demo that was made following the song's debut live on the Dr. Demento show. It was recorded in the bedroom of one of Al's friends and another frequent contributor to Dr. Demento, Damaskas. The song was first aired on August 10, 1980. Al later recorded a studio version, though Al disliked it and never released it.
