TODAY'S RECIPE IS Delicious Egg Chop Recipe | Dim Chop Recipe | Yummy

INGREDIENTS:
Oil 1 tbsp
Onion 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Cook until golden brown
Boiled potato 2 medium size
Salt to taste
parsley 1 tbsp
Mix well
Keep aside
All purpose flour 2 tbsp
Garlic 1/4 tsp
Ginger 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Water as required
Mix well
2 boiled eggs
Dip into flour slurry
Coat with breadcrumbs
Fry until golden brown medium flame

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
