Here it is at long last! The official video for my song "October". This ended up being one of the favorites off my Story of the Seasons album, and remains one of my most-streamed songs.

October is a song that's very dear to my heart. I used to be afraid of change. It was something that I thought about a lot as a teenager... the future always seemed uncertain and scary. Would I be the same person? Would I lose what makes me "me"? What if the road ahead is darker than the one already traveled?

But I've come to see things differently. Every living thing on this earth changes. To be alive is to change. To embrace life is to embrace those possibilities.

October, then, is a metaphor for those seasons of change in our lives. We can be afraid of them, or we can learn from them.

One thing I know though...

October won't take me away.
