Welcome to Day 6 of the 14 day Fitness Challenge! This 35 minute workout will target your glutes, quads, and core!

3 rounds
Each exercise is 45 secs on and 15 secs rest

Equipment: pair 15 lb dumbbells, one heavier dumbbell

Let's get ready to sweat and have some fun!

Workout:
Step ups
Sumo deadlifts
Bulgarian split squat
Reverse lunge with kickback
Sumo squat
Curtsy lunge to leg extension
Reverse crunch
Lateral toe touches
In and outs
Glute bridge with knee abduction
Donkey kick witih weight
Hip dips
