When we step foot into the gym we have certain expectations of our upcoming workout. We expect to have our heart rates elevated, to sweat, and to feel the muscles being worked aka "the burn." We are under the impression that if we aren't getting that burn then we must be either doing something wrong or need to make that particular exercise more challenging. We have ways at Fitness Lying Down to make sure our group fitness classes are efficient (because who wants to spend unnecessary time at the gym?) and highly effective with our sprinkles.
