Hello beautiful soul! In this video I introduce this YouTube channel and myself and a little bit about my trauma and healing journey. In subsequent videos I explain the nature of intergenerational and complex trauma, my healing journey, what I have learned on my journey that may help you at different stages of your journey, etc.

He has trained myself and five other people in his highly effective counselling method based on analyzing and working through negative emotions. Through his method one can solve present-day presenting issues by working backwards to their origins, thus healing both. I have used this method with myself, my children, my friends and my clients and it has been extremely effective to deal with even the most complex of traumas.
