📌Ingredients:
any tea biscuits you prefer.

custard cream :
3 egg yolks.
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
~ 6 and 3/4 tablespoons of sugar (85g).
~ 6 and 3/4 tablespoons cornstarch (50g).
2 cups of milk (500ml) + 5 tablespoons (75ml).

filling cream :
1 cup of mascarpone (250g)
~ 3 and 1/4 tablespoons of sugar (40g).
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract.
1 cup of whipping cream (250ml).

Topping :
White chocolate ganache :
1/4 cup of whipping cream (60ml).
125g of white chocolate.

Dark chocolate ganache:
1 tablespoon of whipping cream (15ml).
15g of dark chocolate.

some mint leaves for garnish (optional).
