04/21/2024 Dubuque, Ia. The CN M338 has been waiting for quite awhile at the swing bridge as it waits for multiple BNSF trains to clear. This video spot was right next to the Shot Tower which has an interesting history. The BNSF had 3 trains pass before the CN got the go ahead.
