The Yadkin Valley Railroad is a haven of eclectic locomotives, lumbering their way through the beautiful North Carolina mountains. As if their ex-NS AC44C6CF, KLW SE32C, BNSF Executive MAC, GP40-2LW's and YN2 SD60M isn't enough, the star of the show on the YVRR is Cummins SD90AC-QSK #KLW1998. Some favorable circumstances had 1998 leading for one of the first times in June of 2021, on the point of YV2 from Elkin to Winston-Salem.
