Alyson Stoner sat down with Ellen... 17 years after her first performance in Season 1, around the time she shot to fame as the featured kid dancer in Missy Elliott's "Work It" music video. After rejoining Missy onstage at the recent 2019 MTV VMAs, Alyson stopped by to talk with Ellen about what it was like dancing at the awards show and how she's greatly downsized her life.
