P.S This was just for fun, please remember that. I am not a professional trainer, I just enjoy working out. Of course, as this has to be said, I did not and would not see any change after only a week, but did the workouts make me feel great? Absolutely! Will I continue to do them? Yes!

Hey everyone, I am so excited about this video! I loved this little challenge, doing Jane's workouts for a week & I think I'll be carrying on. I am not a fitness expert, this was just some fun for me & a challenge for me. I hope you enjoy the video & gives these ago yourself. I have listed the workouts I did for you all. This was just a little bit of fun for me, but if you want to see results 3 to 4 months of constantly doing the workouts, as well as persistence after should give you what you are looking for or just have fun.
