Aphrodite A (アフロダイA Afurodai Ēsu) is a giant robot created by Dr. Gennosuke Yumi with inspiration from Prof. Juzo Kabuto's designs. Unlike Mazinger Z, she was built as a symbol of peace. As such, Aphrodite A lacked meaningful offensive capabilities until she was upgraded. Aphrodite is piloted by Dr. Yumi's daughter, Sayaka Yumi.

Diana A (ダイアナンA Daianan Ēsu) is the second giant robot Sayaka Yumi piloted in the anime after Aphrodite A was destroyed in battle. While Diana A is stronger than Aphrodite, she was still designed as a sign of peace; and had little offensive weaponry.
Diana A does not appear in the original manga. Instead, Venus A is the one to replace Aphrodite A after the latter is destroyed. She does however appear in the non canon TV Magazine: Mazinger Z manga.

Venus A (ビューナスA Byūnasu Ēsu) is a female giant robot that was created by Kenzo Kabuto as a partner for the Great Mazinger and is piloted by Jun Hono. It is much more powerful than Aphrodite A and Diana A, maybe even comparable to Minerva X.
