From the vibrant streets of Lima to the ancient ruins of Machu Picchu, my time in Peru was a culinary adventure like no other. The rich and diverse flavors of Peruvian cuisine, from ceviche to anticuchos, aji de gallina to causa, it all left a lasting mark on my culinary journey.
