TODAY'S RECIPE IS Crispy Egg Potato Stick | Potato Egg Kebab Recipe | Yummy

INGREDIENTS:
Boiled potato 2 medium size
One boiled egg
Onion 2 tbsp
Green chilli 2 pieces
Parsley 1 tbsp
Capsicum 2 tbsp
Garlic 1/2 tsp
Ginger 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Coriander 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Mix well
All purpose flour 1/3 cup
Salt to taste
Chilli flakes 1/4 tsp
Water as required
Make slurry
Coat with breadcrumbs
You can store it in the freezer for 7-10 days
Fry until golden brown medium flame

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
