TODAY'S RECIPE IS Mini Flower Samosa Recipe | Potato Flour Snacks | Easy Potato Snacks Recipe | Yummy

INGREDIENTS:
Boiled potato 2 medium size
Ajwain 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Garlic 1/2 tsp
Ginger 1/2 tsp
Coriander 1/2 tsp
Cumin 1/2 tsp
chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Corn starch 2 tbsp
Mix well
All purpose flour 1 cup
Salt to taste
Water as needed
Make dough
Divide
Rest for 5 mins
Dust some flour
Make chapati
Spread Potato stuffing evenly
Place another chapati
Flower shape
Medium heated oil
Fry until golden brown medium flame

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
