Moroccan Chicken Tagine

6- Chicken Drumsticks
1/2 Cup- Cilantro
1/2 Cup- Parsley
3- Lemon Pickles (peel them and top with the peels at the end)
1 Tbsp- Ginger Paste
1 Tbsp- Garlic
1 Tbsp- Tomato Paste
1 1/2 Tsp- Black Pepper
1 Tsp- Cumin
1 Tsp- Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp- Chicken Bouillon
1 Tsp- Smoked Paprika
1 Tsp- Tomato Bouillon
1 Pack- Saffron
(Season to your liking and add what you like. Use all these seasonings for the chicken. Half of the parsley and cilantro goes into the chicken marinade, the rest is garnish)
3 Tbsp- Olive or Avocado Oil
1 1/2- Red Onion
1 Tsp- Garlic Powder (for onions)
1 Tsp- Onion Powder (for onions)
1 Tsp- Chicken Bouillon (for onions)
1/2 Tsp- Black Pepper (for onions)
1/2 Lb- Small Potatoes (add more if desired)
1/2- Red Onion (for topping)
6- Olives (for topping)
(Cover and cook on medium-low for an hour. After that let it cool, then serve)
