Superman & Lois is a live-action DC CW show that exists outside the continuity of Arrowverse shows like The Flash, Supergirl, and Arrow. The portrayal of Superman in the series is one of the best in recent years, compared to other adaptations such as Henry Cavill's in the DCEU with Zack Snyder's rendition, as well as the DCAMU. However, My Adventures with Superman also shares some of the lighthearted nature of Superman & Lois. James Gunn's upcoming film, SUPERMAN, which is set to kickstart the rebooted DCU, will hopefully share some of the same elements that make the character so special. This could be a possible glimpse at a new Justice League with the introductions of Hawkgirl, Green Lantern, and Mr. Terrific.
