6. Forward lunge to squat
7. Alternating hammer curls

9. Lateral shoulder raise with front shoulder raise
10. Good mornings
11. Deadlift to row
12. Squat with single arm dumbbell thruster
13. Tricep kickbacks
14. Round the worlds
