"Miniature Golf" is a collaboration between several artists who contributed to the Dr. Demento show in the late '70s and early '80s including Damaskas, Beefalo Bill, Artie Barnes (of the duo Barnes and Barnes; most known for "Fish Heads"), and Weird Al Yankovic. The song first aired on The Dr. Demento show on August 17, 1980.
